Following a record-breaking summer tour, Forrest Frank is bringing “The Jesus Generation” to a new album December 4 and the big screen in 2027.
October 28, 2026 — Forrest Frank may dream about slowing down, cutting his hair, shaving the mustache and disappearing back into a life of anonymity, but for now, that dream seems destined to remain just that… a dream. If today’s announcement is any indication, the Christian music phenomenon isn’t going anywhere anytime soon. After a historic summer that saw filled arenas and stadiums across the country, Frank has announced his next album, The Jesus Generation, arriving December 4 via River House Records and he’s bringing some familiar faces along for the ride.
Frank revealed the project on social media Wednesday, giving fans an interactive first listen to several potential tracks and letting them vote on which song should be released this Friday, October 30. Among the previewed collaborations are Lecrae and KB (our October Cover Story), JVKE, longtime CCM hero Michael W. Smith, ZVC and Elevation Rhythm, bringing together some of Christian music’s most recognizable voices alongside a new generation of artists.
The album takes its name from Frank’s May 2026 single “The Jesus Generation,” a song reflecting his belief that a spiritual awakening is taking place across the country, particularly among young people.
It’s a message that has become increasingly central to Frank’s music, and one that audiences have embraced in extraordinary numbers.
The announcement follows Frank’s sold-out, 29-city Jesus Generation Tour, which debuted at No. 5 on Pollstar’s LIVE75 chart and No. 12 on its Global Concert Pulse chart.
The tour has been billed as the biggest in Christian music history, marking another milestone for an artist whose rise has helped redefine what success can look like in the genre. Frank recently announced The Jesus Generation Tour Movie, a theatrical film documenting the record-breaking tour, set to arrive in theaters in 2027 through Lionsgate and Kingdom Story Company.
