The Warren County Sheriff’s Office is thanking the public for its assistance in capturing 49 year old Melissa Sanders. She was wanted for the crime of Theft of Property, $1,000.00 or More, and Financial Exploitation of and Elderly or Vulnerable Adult. However, Jonie Ann Smartt, a 22 year old white female with blonde hair and blue eyes, and Micki Allen Thomas, a 33 year old white male with brown hair and brown eyes remain on the loose. They are wanted for the crimes of Theft of Property, Forgery and Financial Exploitation of an Elderly or Vulnerable Adult. The couple may be traveling in a 2002, red, 2-door Volkswagon, license plate number 533BHNB.
