A fatal accident occurred on Thursday morning around 7:10 on State Route 127 in Coffee County.
According to sources, Jesse Miller, age 40, apparently from Warren County was the driver of the 2015 GMC Tahoe that crashed.
According to the Tennessee Highway Patrol, Miller lost control of the SUV and went into a field and flipped. The report says that he was not wearing a seatbelt and was ejected. Miller died at the scene.
